Homeowners
You had a test, or a neighbor just put a system in, and you want the same kind of help. We come look at the house first.
Realtors
A deal is waiting on a system. We can schedule a free on-site survey and plan the install around the closing if the house allows it.
Builders
Need a radon system while the house is going up, or a fan on a pipe the plumber already stubbed? We do that work.
Existing systems
The fan is loud, weak, or dead — or you have a pipe with no fan at all. We can replace the fan or turn the pipe into a working system.

Why we come out first

Every house is laid out differently

A detailed quote has to account for the plumbing pipes, the bathtub plumbing trap, holes in the slab, and which perimeter cracks we can seal with polyurethane caulk — and which ones we cannot.

We like to put the fan in the attic when we can, but that is not always possible. That is why we start with a free on-site survey. The detailed quote comes after we have been there.

Radon mitigation is the main job. The rest supports it.

We also put systems in new houses, add a fan to a passive pipe, replace worn fans, encapsulate a crawl space when it belongs in the plan, and install an ERV when the house needs one.

Radon Mitigation
This is our main work. We install a system that pulls radon from under your house and vents it outside. Every job starts with a free on-site survey so we can see the foundation before we give a detailed quote.
New Construction Radon Systems
Building a new home? We can put in a radon system while the house is going up, or finish a radon-ready setup your builder already started.
Activate a Passive System
Already have a passive radon pipe with no fan? We can check it and add the fan and sealing so it works as an active system.
Replace Radon Fans
Radon fans wear out. If yours is noisy, weak, or dead, we can replace it and get your system running again.
Crawl Space Encapsulation
When an open crawl space is letting in moisture or radon, we can seal it with a liner as part of a full mitigation plan after your free on-site survey.
ERV Installation
An energy recovery ventilator pulls fresh outdoor air in and pushes stale indoor air out at the same time. As those two streams pass, the unit moves heat — and some moisture — between them, so you are not dumping all the heating or cooling.
